NESCI is made up of scientists and clinicians from Durham University, Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and South Tees Hospitals NHS Trust.

Organisation and Management
NESCI is run by a Board which represents the interests of all partners. The Board meets quarterly and its remit is to steer the strategic direction of NESCI. Find out about the Members of the Board.
In between Board meetings, authority rests with a smaller Executive, which meets monthly and is chaired on a rotating basis by the NESCI Co-Directors. Find out about the Members of the Executive.
