NESCI management office is based within the International Centre for Life in Newcastle upon Tyne.
By Road
Private Transport: From the north or south, follow the A1 towards Newcastle. Leave the A1 (Western Bypass) at the junction with the A695 (signposted City Centre). Take the A695 riverside route (Scotswood) for approximately 1 mile. Opposite Newcastle College, turn right and follow signs marked B1600 Quayside/(A189) Gateshead. Keep left and follow signs for A695 Blaydon/A189 Gateshead. Follow the sign for the Times Square car park and then take a sharp right into the Times Square car park. Ample car parking space is available in this multi-storey car park in Railway Street. The Centre for Life can also be reached via the A69, A184, A1058 and the A167. Follow signs for Central Station and Newcastle Arena.
Public Transport: the city's coach and bus stations are within easy reach of NESCI, by foot, taxi or metro.
By Train
We are located just 200 yards away from Newcastle's Central Railway Station and Metro underground system.
By Air
The Centre for Life is just 15 minutes drive from Newcastle International Airport. You can also travel by Metro from the aiport to the Central Station which will take about 25 minutes. The Centre for Life is just a two minute walk from Central Station.
